Privacy
What we do with your data, why, for how long, and how to object. In short: only what is necessary, and a simple “STOP” is enough. This is a translation; the French version is the reference.
Who is responsible

If we contacted you by e-mail
Zefyo offers its services to businesses by e-mail. We only use published business information:
- the business's name, address and identifier (SIREN, SIRET), from the public company register;
- its website address, from that website or from OpenStreetMap;
- the e-mail address and phone number published on the business's website, with the page and date where we found them;
- observations about the site itself (speed, information present or missing), used to prepare the mock-up.
- Why
- To present a proposal for a new website, related to your professional activity.
- Legal basis
- Our legitimate interest in making our services known to professionals (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), in compliance with Article L34-5 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code.
- Retention
- At most three years after our last exchange, then deletion.
- Objection
- Reply “STOP” to any message, or write to us. We stop immediately and keep only your address on an objection list, so that we never write to you again.
If you book a call
Booking uses Google Calendar. We receive the name, e-mail address and, if you give it, the phone number you enter, as well as the slot you choose.

- To arrange the call and send you the confirmation and link.
- Legal basis
- Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Retention
- At most three years after our last exchange, or the length of the business relationship if you become a client.
If you visit this site
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are hosted on the site itself. Our host, Cloudflare, processes the technical connection data (such as the IP address) needed to serve and protect the site. The booking page shows Google's calendar, which then applies its own rules.
Who else processes this data
We never sell or rent any data. It is processed on our behalf by:
- Google (Google Workspace: e-mail, calendar);
- Cloudflare (website hosting);
- GitHub (private storage of prospecting data);
- Anthropic (artificial intelligence assistant used to analyse public websites and prepare messages, which are reviewed before sending).
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its use, object to its processing or receive a copy. Write to contact@zefyo.com: we reply within one month at most.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
